You dont need to give out your card details to set up itunes account.

It says 3G in the title so id guess its a 3G.

And as above you DO NOT need to give card details or anything to do with cash/cards/accounts for that matter.

The only reason i ask as 3gs are around the £200 mark 3g not so much
