Default Powder Coating Equipment... (Gun, Oven and Powder)

I have decided to sell my powder coating equipment (Gun, Oven and powder). This can be wired to any home (Single phase) power supply - £400ono

Please contact me (Steve) on 07732 872 122 for more pics, info or to arrange a viewing

Powder coating gun - The trigger has got stuck, but I never used it as I adjusted the pressure into the gun using adjustable control at the bottom of the handle. This was an easier way to get a better flow of powder.
The gun has an electronic box, which has an Earth lead, foot control and UK mains plug. This is very easy to use and can produce very good results.

Oven (CDA CD9000)- This is the biggest single phase oven I could find (Don't have 3 phase in my garage, and dedicated coating ovens of this size and above are £3000+). It can fit a 15inch wheel, just.

Width : 90cm
Height : 90cm
Depth : 55cm

I will supply a box of black powder (Was brought as 1 kilo and is around 3/4 full), bag of red, tins of near chorome, lollypop blue, super high gloss clear (White one in pic) and glossy silver with various amounts of each powder. I will supply 3 reels of high temp tape and details of where I brought the powder.

Items I have coated:

I coated the cam cover (Which is dirty from powdered gloves), bailey tank and 2 tone inlet manifold:

it looks alot easier to do than paint! as its just blowing powder over the item you want, ensure its clean from oil etc and dust.

Very easy to do, but takes a few attempts to get good results

There's video's on the net that show you how to do it. I got a lot of info from http://forum.eastwood.com/upload/forum.php

Joe, replied to your PM mate

RSPickUp, true an oven is the easiest option. As Joe says he can use infra red lamp, but to cure the entire item will need moving of the lamp and as said take longer/cost more to leave running.
