Webber 40 Installation

Weber 40 installation for a silver top 2.0 zetec.

Includes - 2 of DCOE 151 carbs, 40mm air horns, K&N air filters, underslung throttle linkage, Filter King adjustable regulator with glass bowl, braided hose from regulator to carbs & short zetec manifold with studs, misabs & fitting kit.
Setup at Northampton Motorsport last year and produced 155 bhp/136 Lb Ft torque on an otherwise standard zetec.
Absolutely zero coughing/spluttering with this setup.
Carbs serviced just prior to the RR session - They're running 36 chokes but i'll need to open them up to remind myself of the full spec if you really want to know.
I have the emerald map to go with it if you so desire for loading or reference purposes.
The only thing not included is a Throttle Position Sensor to fit over the adaptor on the outer carb spindle

Unless you got lucky ebay scavenging (and even then you'd be uncannily lucky not to have to spend £100 rechoking/jetting plus the cost of an RR session) you must be looking far beyond £500 worth.

'Bolton and go' from me - £400

(postage is looking like £15 - 20 mark so if you want to collect then you can from Northampton is preferred)

during the day - working hours i can be reached on spantony@ttdirect.net
