Usb pen drive to aux?

I have a usb pen drive with music on and at work in my cab my stereo has a aux port on it.Can a adaptor be bought to make it work and would the stero recognise the usb device being there and play the music

What is the AUX port? 3.5mm stereo jack? If so, then no; you need an audio player in order to use an audio input

You need a player. A USB stick is simply a storage item. Depending how much space you need, there's plenty of cheap iPod knock-off mp3 players out there with 4 or 8gb storage capacity
