2. Package:
Package during delivery process is very important.

D1303 is well packed with thick customized foam. What’s more, there is a special white box to pack the accessories. It makes the whole package to be cleaner and nicer. At the same time, help avoid the possible crash between main unit and accessories.

Non-Brand unit:
There is no special white box for accessories, they are packing together which will lead to scratch.

The thickness of Eonon color box is 2.24mm. While the non brand one is just 1.21mm which will easily get distorted.

From the product design period, we started to consider how to make a prefect combine with both appearance and operation convenience.

We use high accuracy mould, which can make every gap to be very accurate and clean.The quantity of buttons is decent.
Also the detachable front panel can ensure the safety of your unit very well.

There are too many buttons positioned at random in the panel. And the improper button size will largely affect the tactile sense of users.

Eonon:
G1301 has 7” digital touch screen, and with popular 3D User Interface which will surely bring more fun and visual enjoyment.

4. Assembly technology
Step 1: Detach the bottom cover of the unit.



Eonon:
You will find a very clean and professional organized internal structure in Eonon unit.

You can see some wires which we call flywire across the board. It is a makeup method for the mistakes on the circuitry. It means the unit is lacking of appropriate design in advance. The flywire increase the possibility of breakdown.

The PCB(Printed Circuit Board )is very clean, and chips on it look quite clear.

Non-brand unit:
On the surface of the PCB and components, it’s very dirty. Normally there should be a board-washing process after welding during production. But it seems that this product has skipped this necessary step to save the cost. Without this step, will surely affect the operation of the inside circuitry.

5. Electronic component
-TV tuner:



Eonon:
G1301 uses highly integrated analog TV TUNER SJY-6A.
Operating Temperature Range :-40 to 85℃

Non-brand unit:
It uses half integrated, half discrete analog signal TV tuner.
Operating Temperature Range:-20 to 75℃
Apparently Eonon TV tuner is much better than non-brand’s according to the operating temperature range. Although it’s more expensive, Eonon still want to give our customers better using experience.

-Optical head


Eonon:
Our DVD uses Sharp HPD-61 professional optical head to read disks.
Operating Temperature Range:-40 to 85℃

Non-brand unit:
It uses unknown 1200W optical head.
Operating Temperature Range:-10 to 70℃
