Default Cagiva Bikes - Are they any good?

I'm looking for my 1st UK bike, as I have previously been riding abroad for three years. I am looking at the Cagiva Raptor, as this is the style I want. Is there a specific name for this style of bike and are they any good? They seem to be decently priced too.

suzuki tl engine if its the 1000 and underpowered sv650 engine if its the smaller cc buddy, real strong motor, though parts are hard to find for a raptor ie the footrest hangers unless you get bum raped at cagiva for them new, i repaired one where i used to work at a bike breakers
great bike though

Budget will be between 2-3k, Ideally would like a 600/700 to be honest to get used to riding over here. Great vid BTW!

I passed my test around five weeks ago , got a 03 Yamaha r1 5pw

I live in a shitty area and my insurance is around 800

My brother had a 99 model Honda hornet 600 ( great fighter style bike , better than bandit ) he paid 1400 for that and insured it the day he passed his test for 220

He's 29 licence 4 months

The way I see it is go out and buy the bike you want !! No a cheap alternative regardless of insurance

I'd rather have a cheaper bike I want and budget for ins than a expensive bike I didn't and cheaper ins

Hence why I'm happy as a pig in shit !! And he's just sold his !!!!!! Lol
