Looking at alarms for a bike but aint got a scooby on which ones are good or crap! Wouldnt mind 1 with text back on it for when it gets set off.

So if anybody could suggest a good alarm..........................

none, dont really see the point after all those tests years ago where magazines set up fake thefts and nobody even looked round to see the bikes going into the back of vans
a big lock round a big thing does for me

i used to carry a long lock and a smaller lock, theres not much you could have done to get it quicker than no lock and an alarm or 1 lock and alarm

Have a datatool on mine. Most fucking annoying thing ever. Always going off when i try and start the bike and arms its self before i've even got off the bike.

If its just for the noise so you can hear it then any will do, if its to put crims of nicking it spend your money on a decent chain/disk locks etc. Like said above no one looks twice at an alarm going off.

plus one hate the fucking thing !! thinking of having it taken off very annoying if some one want to nick a bike they will put it in a van with alarm going..simples
