Default Starting My Bike Test

in the next couple of months I'm oging to be doing my big bike test and wondering if there's any way I can prepare for it? I'm used to riding Motocross bikes so alright with the clutches and gears but is there anything I can do to help myself pass.

Id say not really even if u are the best ridder in the world its still the silly test ballshit that gets you. Your best off just going to your lessons and takeing in all the correct procedures like looking over your shoulder when and where the man behind you wants to see you doing it but its not hard really

Cool, think some of my habits on the KX might cause me some trouble. Like leg out round the corner or quick wheelie off the line!

just look about 20 times more than in real life, brake nicely and if you go on a fast road make sure you get up to speed quick

i passed mine 1st go and got my blade a few days later
awesome, my tester was in a car so didnt actually see me for 80% of the test anyway
he told me dont wait fo rme just carry on
dunno where he was, maybe went for a coffee?

Slow speed control is the key mate .. Master it and you will piss the test.

We assume you have had a few lessons and will be doing the test on a CB500 type a jobby? Pretty decent machine ..

Easy peasy mate, and im the world worse motorcyclist.

I passed in October last year.
Mod1 is a doddle to be honest. You hear a lot about the swerve test but its pretty easy to be honest.

MOD 2 is a 40min ride out and is pretty relaxed. As above, make sure you check mirrors and life savers. When I did a driving course I was told to give every hazard the surname mirrors.

Cheers for the info guys, looking forward to it just a little nervous now its all booked. Been riding Motocross hope i havent picked up too many bad habits. Looking at bikes think its looking like a ducati 996, triumph 675 or z1000.
