For those that haven't already done so, check out www.ukfordoc.com
This is a UK based club, but we run our monthly meet in Hemel Hempstead, Herts and most of our members are from the above areas. We'll be at all the shows this year, we had 28 cars on stand at Central Day and have approx 25 booked up for FITP. We've all made some real good friends so far and now do plenty of socials as well as events like Ace-Cafe and any other meets and car events we can.
Your partners are also made to feel welcome as there is a large female contingent amongst the club so whils't we're gassing about BHP and conversions, the girls can be nattering about other ways to help us spend our money.
We're growing all the time and are on the verge of hitting 500 members since the turn of the year. Now is a great time to get involved so you can actually feel a real part of the club as it's success continues to grow.
We've got dicount schemes runnning with some local companies as well as the likes of ESP Design and EBC
We don't charge any membership fees or subscriptions, we run this club for the pure pleasure of doing so.
For those signing up, be aware you will need to post a newbie introduction to gain access to the rest of the forums, this is to avoid the many spambots now doing the rounds in forum land.
Hopefully you'll find time to check us out and to pop by to one of our monthly meets

I could do the same with about 100 posts in GD that shouldn't be there mate. I was just hoping to run it here for a bit to get the best possible exposure that's all

nice little write up there paul
i gotta say i have been there from virtually the begining and have taken great pleasure in seeing the site become what it is today.
central day was a warm feeling seeing how big the stand was for a new comer site like we are, it was just fantastic.
the people are great too and very welcoming which is making it a success
if anyone is in the local area and fancies popping down to see us on our monthly meet feel free, i dont think you will be dissapointed just like a well known ford mag was'nt when they come to do a little feature on our meet last month
look forward to seeing some of you there
