I just hope you never need to make a claim. Flux are cheap for a reason, their customer service is absolutely shocking!

Not 'arf. The unprofessional sounding wide boy who was giving me a quote managed to cut me off during a call. I thought to myself that if this is how bad they are when you're giving them money, imaging how bad it could get when making a claim.
