Default Whos insurance do you use

evening folks. just got my renewal and its a little on the steep side and they have reduced the value of my 3dr (cos they can only go down right ??? )

i'll give my current firm chance to redeem themselves but would like to know who else to try

I use sureterm direct for my Cossie insurance and I have an agreed value too

These are the quotes I've had so far (includes RSOC discount) for my 3dr

£216 with Lancaster inc agreed valuation
£210 with Performance Direct inc agreed valuation (my current insurer)
£264 with Footman James inc agreed valuation (not discounted)
£213 with Need2Insure inc agreed valuation

Still waiting for one more quote from ERS before making my decision

These premiums this year are 33% more than I paid last year (£145). Had a couple of claims on my daily since then, so that might account for some of it

thats a damn sight less than ive been quoted.got them to go with a realistic value (been offrered £30k) twice 8n the past 12 months for RSty and all mods declared and they reduced it....



.......by £30 to £560 (by direct debit mind).looks like Adrian Flux have lost my custom this year

shop around I found the well known are taking the piss. theyl give you crap like free breakdown cover but what you want is not to be out of pocket if the worst ever happened. ive just renewed mine I got cheapest zip code 160 agreed

Yes, all bar the Magnex exhaust.

£205 with Lancaster in the end with 1500 miles and an agreed valuation
