Trying to insure a transit recovery Truck Help please
Hello looking to insure a transit recovery truck
My problem is every quote i do it just comes up as a normal van so the price is going to be different
Is there any instant quote things online.
I don't Want it for reward and hire its for my self to collect cars im buying
So is buisness related
Just spoke to one company and they wont insure me for buisness but personal would be ok?
Any help id appreciate

I tried getting online quotes for the same thing, no joy.
I gave up on the idea, but Tradex is the place to go on the phone.
You want cover for own use, not hire or reward.

That just the price for a business, he has to have insurance for cars up to 300k in value. He would charge around 60 for the call out and then it goes by mileage.
The problem with N.I. insurance isn't down to the drivers being higher risk etc it's down to the fact that personal injury claims are higher due to them being settled by a Judge rather than a jury like the rest of the UK.
