I'm sure the actual paint job is great, and I can't wait to see it in the flesh.
Unfortunately for me, the colour scheme just isn't a patch on the old car and doesn't look anywhere NEAR as good.
Still, not my car, but it's fast as fook and it gets used properly, so no complaints in that direction.

Kind of! engine still in place but he has done his best. We left it in there as we were trying to do a quick 1 week blow over at get it done for Bedford.... But there was alot more bodywork than we thought that needed to be done so and we didn't want to rush Simon as he was doing such a great job.
Martins going to totally rebuild and rewire the car now it will be a while yet until its on the track again. ProAlloy also going to be doing a few more bits and then Brom is doing a new Zoo rear end

Cheers for that, I know it's 'only a track car' (as you guys put it, not the rest of us!!), but I knew you wouldn't leave the bay the same with your standards if you had gone this far! Looking forward to more updates

I prefer the white colour as Silver looks to modern for a 3dr the Escort can get away with it.
