Right! i've finished rubbing down the outside. Masked up degreased tacked off and given a couple of coats of wet on wet primer, will de nib this monday and get some silver on it

Well its a home made job! All the proper extraction and heat etc, does me just fine and dont have a problem with finishes etc, its done me ok for a few years. You dont need a big fancy oven really.

in the top 2 pics the colour is flat, then in the bottom pics its all shiney as if its been laquered...

hence me asking as i would have thought ALL the colours would go on, then the whole lot laquered

unless he just sprayed another coat and its just wet paint?

The divs at the paint store dropped the orange and then ran out of a tinter so i've just got most the shell done because i want to get it back to Martin this week so he can fit it up. I'll do the orange when i do the doors.
