If your engine is worn and tired and you are getting oil from the lubrication system in the combustion chamber causing det you must use castrol rs as this lubricates the detonation much better LOL
The coach doesn't det as it won't reach 145mph so det is fine LOL

My ISP decided to throw an outage yesterday afternoon and has only just been restored, so I'd only read up to Page 6.

Andy has just reminded me of an incident at Ford Fair when he was walking round with Carl Bridson and ^Nutter^.... Carl saw her sapph all plastered up with USL so he asked who/what was USL. ^Nutter^ as ever being very diplomatic in a loud voice replied 'Some fat c***' The boot lid was up at the time on her car and as ^Nutter^ said that, she stepped out from behind it glaring at them.... cue ^Nutter^ as he pointed at her and said loudly 'That's her, that's the fat c***'
