whats the best system around for about £250,bearing in mind i know nothing about these but the wife is insisting on one,must keep her happy then i can spend more money on the cossy, must be user friendly,lol and prefer one that warns you about gatsos if poss? what can you recommend?

250 aint much really.
personally i'd say only buyb a tomtom coz frankly all the other ones are secondrate compared to tomtom
oh, and get a GO unless you really need a PDA

Won't get anything decent for that. I've got a Tom Tom which was £400 but doesn't pick up Gatso's but my RoadAngel does saved my bacon on more than one occasion. I don't know why women need one anyway - they never go any further than their mothers house anyway
