I WANNNA MOVE OUT!!!
Fed up with having no money at all and still having to live with the crap my parents give me.
Sick of this, I moved out when I was 20, was broke and ended up getting 7k in debt, now paid that all of and I'm still broke
But fuck renting, its just giving my money to someone I dont know.
And to buy a flat round here I'm looking at a £400 a month mortgage, I can't afford that
Hate being poor, hate being at home,

edited to add paying this rent means i might move back home so i can sort out a mortgage (spl??) instead of paying someone elses

Things could be a lot worse. But at the moment I have live in a room which is only 5ft by 8ft.
£400 may seem cheap, but when you add on bills and things its up to £600 a month, add on my car insurance which is £80 a month fuel costs to and from work £120 then maybe £30 in food a week thats £920 a month right there.
I dont even make £920 a month
This whole thing just get me so down
24 still at home in a room not much bigger than your average convervetry toilet, shit car, shit job

150 quid a month council tax , i pay 96 quid and im in central london ( and i always pay it late )
stu on a serious note if you want a flat of ya own the first year is the real hardest part, but after that its seems to get easier ( think you just get used to having no cash )
but trust me we have all been there
i dont even visit my parents if i can find a good reason other than to collect Elise when they offered to baby sit
just save some cash and do it proper mate, when you buy a place there are soo many fees and if you are like me and unlucky you may even have to buy a new boiler in the first 3 months,,,,,,,, that fooking killed me ( well asking my old man to pay was hard trust me )

chip there is money to be made but its not normally as clear cut as that
first you need either a trade or a company that is willing to assist
otherwise its college
my job i got now is cool BUT it was a lucky break but i could have easy missed on it

the only problem with living at home when over 23 is the fact you dont look as appealing when you tell people imo
i cried the day i left home when i was young, liked it there soo much, infact i still ate at home ect most days
then i cried when i had to move back more and was soo looking for a way out
now ive got it ill never go back EVER

This is one of the reasons I'm learning to do composit stuff. Must have read about 8 books on it now, all I need to do is get some cash together and buy up the basic stuff I need and I can start making stuff.
Need to fix the car first, and get the mot done, and a million other things that I need first.
Why is it you need money to get money

PassionFord Post Whore!!
im moving out in the new year, my mate up in stoke on trent as sorted us a 2 bedroom house his sister is renting out. £375 a month split between us, then obviously with bills and shit ill be looking at about 450 a month to live. just started a new job, minimum wage, 50 hours a week, gonna get saving and go up there with a few quid. the place im with now is gonna put me through the thatchams alarm courses etc so thatll be something to fall back on when i move up there.
im only 19, wanna get out and indendent asap. no offence to you guys but i dont want to be at home when im 25 or, wanna have my own house by that time. i know itll be hard but you dont get fuck all in this world without working hard for it. better to start earlier too imo. at least if i fuck up now, im still young.
stu, house/flat prices are the same down here in weston-s-mare mate, thats why im moving back up north, alot cheaper, plus its where all my mates are.

chip as much as that makes sence my sister bought her first flat in bognor and was gonna split the morgage with 2 of her mates so they could all rent a place and still work together ect
all was cool and fun till one of her mates hated havng to spend all the cash on a place to live and ran back to her parents with no warning and she was left to foot her end of the bill, then her mate decided to claim she was skint every now and again and thought my sister couldnt afford to kick her out
in the end my old man with me and me mates kicked em all out ( her mate actually had her boyfriend move in with her cheeky bitch) and she moved back home with daddy,,,,,,,,, well for 3 months until the house sold and then she fooked off and bought her self her own place with the massive profit she made ( lucky bitch )
but she went though it for a year of hell using her savings and having no money just cause she wanted to be independant and not ask for help
she dont help me out now she works in the city though
