Default Legalities of a PA system in a car?

Was out last night with Creedy off here in his pulsar, and he has a PA system on it.

Anyone knonw the legalities of wether or not you can drive through town broadcasting random comments at people?

(i admit that holly was probably pushing our luck when she kept telling birds to get their fanny out, but if you arent swearing or being abusive, just random i mean)

I wouldn't have thought it's at all legal....but as long as nobody had paper and a pen nobody got the plate.....

It's illegal to make any form of sexual advance on someone who hasn't consented...and technically I'd say the implication of get your fanny out is a bit 'off'.....but the sort of person who'd complain about it is the sort of person who probably isn't getting any sex as it is

Katie, yeah i know that holly was probably going a bit far with the sexual comments at birds, but mainly we were just being random, its that which i'm enquiring about really.

I don't think it's illegal if it's ''undirected'' or can be claimed as such.
''oi you'' when not staring at someone could be aimed at anyone....but looking someone in the eye and saying stuff to them is probably the only situation where there's any cause for concern?
But even then they probably just think you're a group of mature students with another ebay gadget

Would be the first time anyone had mistaken me for someone mature if they did

I'd say if it was under the legal noise limit and he wasn't swearing then its quite within your rights to say what you like.

Freedom of speech and all.. but you'll probably get fucked anyway

Don't need a PA with my mate ryan in the car

Went past two girls walking on the pavement and he just looks at them and shouts 'SAUSAGE PORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRKY!' and they both screamed and ran off lol
