how can i get an mp3 player to work in my girlfriends car

i got a few tunes on my computer which the missis is always asking me for, im always burning new cds for her all the time,, can i fit an mp3 player in her car to work with the standard head unit? changing the head unit isnt an option as her car has one of those built into the dash jobbies

i know i can use a ipod rf transmitter,, but i was wondering if there was a nicer way?

should of bought the optional extra sony head unit in the new fords then there is a plug for usb mp3 player in the glove box!!

it was only £200 extra aswell!

With standard head unit if its a TAPE one you can get those things that you plug in as a tape with a jack plug on the end

If its CD dunno

I have my Ipod going into Alpine DVD head unit so i get to use the screen as teh ipod screen its the TITS

my Alpine £300 head units gone a bit fooked only bout 8 months old
brand stanking new ..wtf...press forward buttons for mp3s cds ..no joy or it turns off....

but remote works fine
