Default Marshalling @ National Day

When i was watching the track action i spent most of the day @ the Godards chicane.

I saw most of the insudents that happened there and thourgh the marshalls where a bit slow to react to insudents on the chicane.

One that sticks in my mind was a black Mk2?? RS2000 coming through and his back wheel coming off putting him in a bad place in the middle of the track on the exit of the chicane which is blind to on coming drivers,

about ten seconds latter a escort and sapp came throught the shicane to find the wheel and the brake shoes on the track as the driver of the car had managed to get the car in first and move it out the way to the safty of the pits, the escort jabed on and the sapp had to go round him onto the grass and i dont know how he didnt loss it into the wall.

BUT getting to the point i dont feel the marshalling was very good on this corner the marshall just seemed to stand there and watch.

Did anyone else see any bad marshalling around the rest of the circuit??????

And what are peoples thourghs on the rest of the circuit safty for the drivers on track.

I can only comment as someone on the side watching not a driver.

The only incident I can comment on is the Nova that rolled, the track INSTANTLY went to Red lights as soon as the car tipped, was mucho impressed at how quickly the Marshalls reacted.

My only complaint was the marshalls in the pit lane but as I understand it, they were mostly RSOC volunteers so cant really moan.

Think the Marshalls were very slow to react at some points and they took a long time to recover some of the vechiles from the gravel.
Its not usualy like this at donington and there usualy quite fast.

Thing that bothered me more was peoples pride and joy where @ risk of being in acsidents they didnt need to be BUT i spoose if you go on track you know that take it on board and take the risk.
