Castle Combe loses noise appeal.:-(
Just read on another forum,has lost it's appeal against a noise ban. 
Think it will only affect F3's and GT's,but shite decision all the same.
What was there first,the circuit or the stuck up fookin residents??

There are a lot of moaning old farts around there! Couple of years ago i pulled into an entrance to a feild to check map for directions, Two old farts came out shouting abuse to get of there its pvt property etc. Some of the stuff they was saying was unreal 
And i was only checking directions on map So after that i lite up the back tyres leaving them with two black lines, so they had somthing to moan about the old twats!

I work close to castle combe anyway, I shal make sure I drive my mongoosed (4" 
) 360BHP cossie as loudly as possible in 1st every time I drive through there :cry 
Oh, and I can highly reccomend the castle inn, in the village, I worked there as a temp chef and the food was stunning, well nice place to take a girly for a romantic meal

Fookin moaning old tossers. The track must have been there since before half these fuckers moved in.
I got harrased by some miserable coont when out for work on a private road. Some old fart came out telling me I had no business being on the private road and to clear off. Got really abusive towards me. Showed him my ID from work which states on it that I have "Powers of entry under the Highways Act 1980". He toddled off muttering and spluttering and phoned my boss who politely told him to fook off. The old flocker told my boss the road was private and if we wished to carry out works we had to make an appointment. Stupid old git

F3's and GT's are big money earners for Combe Circuit so it could have a knock on effect.
The problem with Castle Combe is that its expensive to buy property there, thus wealthy stuck up pricks who are probably on the local council, or as thick as thieves with the local council bods so on a hiding to nothing really the fact that they moved next to an established race track won't matter as money talks.
