Im a club DJ.

Got a warning in work last nite that there might be a couple of squaddies wanting to give me a kicking last nite, so when I left the club i had another member of staff come out with me to make sure everything was ok. Got out and didnt see anything suspecious. So i got into my gf's car and we went on our way home.

Nearing her house i noticed a car following us, so i told her to go on past her house and go to my mates house. Turned into my mates house and they were still following us.

Anyway to cut a long story short, they got me on the ground and smashed me in the face with a metal baton and one of those maglite torches. Apparently my ex gf has been saying a load of shite to them that i want her back etc, wtf i do not...she is a fuckin weirdo...

Anyway, i know the 2 guys names and what stations they are at etc...What do i do now?do i press charges on them or what? They are only in n.ireland until saturday then they are away home back to england. One of them actually has a focus RS, Ive got his number plate somewhere too, so if he comes to england some of you sort him out for me :cry: :cry: :cry:

If you are genuinely not in the wrong, and didn't deserve it (i.e. there's more to this story), then report the foookers.

I would, without hesitation, cos you'll never get them back any other way.

There are a few squaddies on here, so I'm sure they'd be able to tell you about disciplinary procedures, as I haven't got the first idea........

i thint you should change your heading mate there is quite a few sqauddies on this web site that might take offence as being tarred with the same brush as these fella`s that done this to you. If i was you i would report them but if there leaving the province on sat nothing will prob happen :wall:

just asked the boss...ex army sargeant and he said that they would get done under section 71, civil offences so they will get charged by the army too!! double bubble!!! hmmm, sweet revenge!! :top:

With regards to the title, its not directed at all squaddies as i know a fair few squaddies and they are sound as a pound. Its not directed at anyone else apart from those two wee faggots last nite.

Yeah but im wondering about the reprocution (spelling) if i do go ahead and press charges as my job is a very public one and its not hard for them to do the same thing again.

what you nee to do is report it to the police and have them done throw he police side of things then once that has happened the army can choise to proecute them and they can give them upto the same sentance as they have recived in civy street for the offence but can also charge them for bringing the army into disrepute which can have massive sentances especially as it is in n.i and they are always trying to make examples off ppl out there

as above mate dont do the reg :roll: , if he has a rs focus he is not a young solider maybe a cpl or could be a young solider that has the car on finance., whatever report him mate and let the army deal with it and he could end up in the glass house in sunny colchester

He is 23. I know everything about him. What station he is at, what time he travels home etc. Ive already been to the police last nite but told them i would come back today and let them know if i wanna go ahead and press charges.

i hate when this happens i know a friend of mine who was nearly beaten to death and was in hospital for around 9 mths he didnt go back to work for a further 8 mths due to 2 broken arms,a fractured skull,is now partulary blind in one eye,and can hardly manovure very well,it will take him a long time to recover,the doc say maybe a couple of years and even then there not sure if he will be able to get back to normal!, and he was just minding his own business walking to the shops to get his missus a birthday card when he was set up on by three squadies. if it wernt for an ol boy walking his dog he wouldnt be here now. i just cant understand why these guys want to do such a thing ya know,me mate wouldnt hurt a fly. all i know is that i think they were dismissed from the services and put in civy prison and given some short sentence and a hefty fine.
