Well I like the RS200 as much as the next guy but when people are selling a car like the first one on this page:

EDIT: They also had an RS200 rep on that site for 8k but that was back in October and you could fit your head between the top of the wheel and the arch it was that high! It was based on a Tickford Maestro Turbo.

I own one, and ok it aint the real thing but it goes like f### with a standard 330bhp setup as it only weighs 1050kgs.

I'd think any complete car, rep or otherwise would be a lot more than Ł25k. Well any decent replica.
I recall seeing one at Santa Pod, I think back in 2010 or so with Subaru running gear. Doubt you'd want that sort of thing though lol.

I think there more like new builds now rather than replicas
Full copy of the space frame chassis and body parts
Interior almost identical
It's just engine is zetec turbo with bda rocker cover and Audi transaxle gearbox rwd, 2023 reg Ł85000 on the road for new one

They're definitely cool. Are they fully road legal then ?
Or something to be used for motorsport only ?
I do like them, but for something of that era, replica etc, I'd prefer one of the Lancia Stratos replicas.
Although no doubt something like a Lotus Exige would be cheaper and faster.

Yeah the one above is 2023 reg and it's registered as rs200 rs200, cant be ford as they didn't build it 😂🤣
I'm sure lotus exige would be a far better car in all aspects of driving, but that's not what it's about, like my cossie it's shite compared to anything new, I just love it for what it is, 80s fords, midlife crisis anyone 🤣😂 lol
Gotta be a ford rs200 if I get one, these are not designed around a donor car but rather designed around the originals so more of a new altered build than a replica
So far I've found 2 companys offering proper rs200 replicas, once Ferrari sold will be looking at road and rally spec builds, but I think wanting road car rep, there are also Subaru based reps and mr2 based reps and im not remotely interested in those, shite imo 😂🤣
