I hope the one you make him is smaller than yours pal.

The signature rules are 500x150 and less than 25000 bytes, yours breaks all the rules!

Here are the allowable sizes:
Max siggy physical Size: = 550 x 150
Max siggy Disk size: = 25000bytes (25k)
Max Avatar size: = 105 x 105
Max Avatar Disk size: = 5000bytes (5K)
