I saw something sick yesterday

http://www.manchesteronline.co.uk/ne...oad_crash.html

I had been to davenport to play golf with the old man and some people from work in a competition. We had stayed for the evening meal and generally had a really good day.
I had just filled up with super at the local texaco.. and was ragging it down the A555 towards wilmslow/alderly edge id overtaken my dad and had to slow down so he could catch up  as i was slowing i noticed a coupple of cars parked up on the other side of the road.. and people getting otu of them.. though thats starnge.. dual carriage way.. no cars crunched why are people stopping! as i approached the car infront of me had stopped also and a guy way running back from the other side of the carriage way...
The next thing i saw will haunt me for ever!
I looked accross trying to see what all the fuss was about.. as i noticed a helmet under the central reservation barriers... next to it was a head.. no torso, arms legs fuck all else just a head.
I can see it now clear as you like.. i could believe what i had seen and it made me feel ill as fuck i even pulled over to be sick.
I have never seen anything like this before, its like it wasnt real, i was like i havent really seen it, i must of been imagining it.. or it was something else.. even now i look back and cant imagine it can be true!
I just hope i dont have to see anything like that again..
My thoughts were with the man family last night as i lay in bed unable to sleep!
He was only 21.. the same age as me..

fukk, that sounds well rough mate, on sunday morning on my home about 3.30am, must have been just after i went past, some 21 year old guy was speeding, lost it and rolled his mondeo estate, my mate whos a retained fire mans unit was called to the scene, the guy was dead as his head was crushed between the roof and the drivers seat :(

pretty glad it wasnt just before i drove past

that's awful mate.

last week all the trains were delayed whilst getting to work as they said someone had been hit by a train in front of us.

We'd been sitting there for about 30 minutes, then we start going slowly past this train who i thought was also in the queue. Something just caught my eye at the front of the train on the track - it was a few big piles of flesh and guts!!!

I didnt think that sort of thing would affect me, but i started feeling all horrible and as though I was gona be sick!!!

Thoughts are with the family

Adam_BlackRS 16-06-2004 12:54 PM

Thats horrible mate, i think i too would be sick at that kinda stuff too. That the reason my mate never became a traffic cop.......they warned him before he even joined that he would see thing that you could never ever think of. Put him right off.

:( as you say thoughts go out to family and friends :(

Apparently not. When your head comes off quickly your nervous system still runs for 2-3 mins allowing you to see and hear everything, just not to respond.

Nice............... I think not :?

CabrioTurbo 17-06-2004 08:54 AM

BTTT for anyone who hasnt seen this.
I never thought i would be that bothered by seeing something like this. but its changed my view on life somewhat...and has made me think about how quick it can all be over... i even considered packing up here and moving over to spain...
