lowering a escort rsturbo on 17's
im lookin to get new springs as the ones ive got are way too low at the mo,im on 16's just now and about 50mm drop
ive got 17's to go on so whats the best drop to get with 17's?25mm?30mm?
also which springs seem to be the most popular amongst rs turbo owners
any pics of erst on 17's would be much appreciated also list your make of spring and much lowered by

im running 7.5 x 17 dymags 205/40/17 tyres
and a 40mm drop on gmax springs and shocks
and it rubbede everywhere
took my front arch lip all the up and flat and ground the kiit to match
backend same as front but had to mdify back bumper by grinding the edge off
because thats where it rubbed most
i can have a car fully loaded and doesnt rub any where

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
as above, 60mm on 17s (ignore sig) its not so much the arches that catches on the back its the bumper inner lip, just cut it out and flat down with wet and dry so its neat

I run 7.5" RS7's dropped 25mm on PI shocks and springs, not the best suspension in the world...but does the job. I haven't modded my arches either, the fronts catch just on full lock on the arch liners and the back springs have assistors in as they would catch on bumps, fine now. pics in the gallery
