I know not every group can have a track day ,but unless the static is close then i think i will concentrate on the track shows more than the spit and polish events.

500 quid that much
I suspect it may have been parked there to make the rest ie 'yours' look better to be honest and the 'for sale' sign was just a decoy

I think most people on here know what to expect with a static show by now.
There's a MASSIVE amount of time goes into organising these things,so big to the Cumbria peeps for making the effort. Don't go to many of these myself as said above, they are a bit repetetive, and "quiet". Nice to see a good turnout of cars, newer and old.
Agree with righthooker tho,was the first outing for our recently formed RSOC branch, and the camping+beer on Sat. night made the trip worthwhile, apart from the "go slow" on the M6. 3 lanes of almost empty motorway,sunny,50mph?! See ya!

Good weekend, roll on Croft,Combe and Nat day.

Nice one dave
nice to meet both of you at last

got a decent run on the way back better than the 50mph cruise on the way there.

was that on the A66? cos we had got the pace up a bit by then

steve
