Roughly how many jerry cans to get my car going???

Default Roughly how many jerry cans to get my car going???

right sorted all bits out now just got no petrol coming thew ive put 2 jerry cans in on a compleatly empty tank so i dont think this enough any rough ideas????

2 gallons of fuel should be more than enough.

well it buzzes when turn ignition on might be metering head then it has been off road a year now so might have fcuked up

ive put 2 jerry cans

two jerry cans is 40litres

should prime and run from fully empty on approx 4 litres

meant the little red cans u have its about Ł12 worth of optimax in it so must be a diff problem then

Yea, I put two cans in mine after 7 months with a totally empty tank. Took about 5 mins of priming to get the pump going well enough, oh and turning the car over with the coil off as I changed the oil too

Went fine in the end, u have another prob
