EXIGE AFTER EVO???
Ok, i wasnt gonna sell my evo but i've had a decent offer for it, so im thinking what can i get for around that price before i decide if im gonna sell it or not.
Then i thought Lotus Exige
But i aint got a clue about em! Anyone know what they're like?
Are they fun & more importantly will it be more fun than the evo?

from what little I know about you I'd say an Exige is 10000% NOT for you.
Its a very hardcore car. Elise is a MUCH better roadcar in my opinion, the S2 is great.
If you are a total track addict though then the Exige is the DADDY, words cannot desribe just how good Seans is now.

Anyway, you don't need such a fine automobile - suzuki cappucino should suit you down to the ground!

Get an Elise then or something else where you can drop the roof... the Exige is pretty hardcore. Personally as a Roadcar then the drop top and more user friendly Elise S2 is much nicer.
As a Trackcar though the S1 Exige ALLLLL the way.... Seans looks SOOOOOO hard as well. Its a monster now with the extra power and the Sequential gearboxPretty ZZzzzzzzzz slow as standard though to be honest.

Taken some Fuel out at the top Mike, was running rich. Much faster now, the gearbox is just AMAZING and very easy to use. Really user friendly compared to the other sequentials I have tried.
have you driven it on track yet Mike?? mad mad mad mad car....
Rich, oh yes. Look carefully at this piccy. Spot anything SERIOUSLY expensive??

Mike, last trackday we did we popped out on the first session with Sean driving and I was totally blown away. It was like Sean had turned into Herr Shoemaker overnight, just amazing driving.
So we pulled in and he says 'your go mate' Normally I would strut around smiling, jump in and take about 3.5 MINS off his lap time. BUT not now, in fact I just made up a few excuses for a bit to try to get out of driving as to be honest I just didn't think I had the ability or talent to match what Sean had just laid down.
We went out in the end and after the first lap I just started laughing as I realised IT WAS ALL DOWN TO THE CAR its just like driving on the PS2, you keep your foot down at all times and it goes exactly where you point it
Thats a bit unfair to Sean actually, the year he spent tracking his M3 has taught him bundles about car control and maintaining momentum through correct lines. His driving was awesome actually! I was very impressed with the loud orange tool the Exige was great as well

I love that piccy, makes me laugh. Sean could have zoomed in on the Proalloy stuff SOOOO easily.... BUT just by chance he took the piccy so that his Ohlins remote resevoirs are in the shot as well. What are the chances huh
