CAR SOS
Did anybody see the recent CAR SOS featuring the Lotus Elise series 7 episode 3, we all know the show does some great work for many deserving owners, but on this one when the end credits rolled up, WOW what a shocker as the car show handled it very well I thought, brings a lump to the throat

I will look it up. I know a lot of it is TV BS but I think this is a great show and they do great things for the owners...I always wonder if the family pay or not as some of those Resto's would be mega money and man hours.

Very sad when you see the end credits

I watched it last night and definitely a sad ending. Fair play to Tim and fuzz tho, taking the car to hospital so the dad could see it done. Definitely 1 of the more realistic down to earth car shows on nowadays :-) |
Just watched it now off that link. I really like this show. Ok some of it is over the top but that's entertaining.
Sand news that both her and her dad died. Cancer is awful. I lost my mam to it nearly 7 years ago now. |
I watched it and yes it was a very good episode with such a sad ending. I feel so sorry for her old mum, loosing her husband and daughter to the same terminal illness within months of each other.

You are right and I hope it stays that way. Look what that twat Brewer has done with wheeler dealers.
Hes just a twat of a man. Ant Anstead could do a lot better than working with that monkey,he’s definitely a knowledgeable man and did some cracking fabrication on that mk1 transit on that series For The Love Of Cars. Well worth a watch if you’ve never seen it ;-) |
Not seen this one but the Lancia Integrale episode was sad , guy passed away during the build ...:(

Yes, I watched this last night. Really tragic, nice to get the car done for her before anything happened though, and at least she had a smile back on her face for a short time. Really does make you think about life though. Seriously brave people.

There has been about 3 or 4 that have past away not long after witch is very sad news but to have got the cars sorted to put a smile on there face,s is priceless .
I would love to no the story behind the metro 6R4 that's in there . I would say it's a customer,s car as my mate had his lotus europer painted there about 4 years back and they did a nice job of it |
That 6r4 seems to have been there a long time...looks great though...if a little dusty and dirty. i have seen people working on it in the background of a few shows. |

It is.....
I've visited Fuzz at the Workshop a couple of times myself... |
I think CAR SOS is my favorite car show on TV. They always do an incredible job on the restorations and always handle the families with compassion and respect. It also shows you that they are both genuine blokes who are not about boosting their own ego's like so many others on "well known" car shows!

I watched this last night. Tragic ending to the show, really makes you think.

Definitely one of my favourite car shows, the episode in question was a proper tear jerker and I certainly shed a tear at the end... |
