Fiesta MK6-ST180 - ABS delete & speed sensor
I’m currently converting my MK3 fiesta RS1800. Im using the Fiesta ST180 engine however I’m struggling to find solutions to a few problems.
I’m going to be using the ST180 engine and gearbox. As my fiesta doesn’t run ABS I’m looking for a solution to delete the abs, but still have the availability to run the speed sensor. My plan is to run the standard ST Clocks and run a stand alone ECU. Plan to use the fuel tank also as the filler neck runs to the same area as my standard one, I’ve been pointed towards the SCS-Delta plug and play kit for the management.
Does anyone know much about the engines and any information would be greatly appreciated.
Ive got everything out of a rear damaged ST-180.
Engine gearbox-drive shafts
engine loom+ecu
in-car loom+all digital components
fuel tank
ST-180 fan
clocks
gear selector & cables

Ok so there are two questions right?
1 - abs delete - approach this as if you were deleting your own - i bought a car once was supposed to be professionally converted to big brakes - all they did was remove the abs light that stayed on! some people just remove the fuse - if you are talking about completely deleteing the abs pump itself i think there a company that does it - you can actually buy ABS delete kits = same people who do RS MK1 focus braided water hoses brake hoses also etc..
