Default Coolant flush advice

I've always avoided using a flush of any sort. I only ever flush with clear tap water and then replenish with the correct mix of coolant and water .
However, I have a car that the oil cooler had let a little oil into the coolant . When I fit the new oil Cooler I want to flush the system and remove any traces of oil for obvious reasons.
Can someone recommend a flush ? As I say I've never used any sort as I was always led to believe it can cause issues .

I've heard of a couple of scoops of washing powder and clean water run it for a bit then flush through with clean water again.

Washing powder dose work few scoops filled with water run it for a day. We have a special flush at daf for when coolers go in the trucks. We mix it with the water then send them out for the day to work. Really good stuff

And make sure you flush everything...rubber hoses will deteriorate in contact with oil.

Might be worth doing a couple of times.
