Its not to fix toby. Its to use as a template for modifying my seat runners in the S1 cossy. But i dont want to use my current mint seats during fab work in case they get buggered up.

just want to make sure its exactly the same before i go take a seat out which would bee a total ball ache where the car is the now..

Gotcha.

Have you looked at the universal Recaro seat runners from Recaro? Most Recaro seats have the same 4 hole configuration. I used those in my Mk1 Golf.

No mate i didnt. It was so that i can utilise the seat belt socket that attaches onto the seat runner. How did you do the seat belt socket?

Ah, the MK1 is bolted to the car chassis, not the runner. You can get recaro specific ford escort generic bases from recaro though so assume they have that included?

I would have let you have mine out of my cossie but I gave them away when I sold the S2 recaro s...bum
