Help Wanted finding owner

I am from Norway and have a bit of trouble registering a Sierra RS Cosworth here. That is the reason i would love to get in touch with the guy who owns the car in the link i added here.
If somebody seen the car or know who owns it and can get me in touch with the guy i would appreciate it a lot.
