I think the queuing is keeping what we want to see away, no way I would subject mine to that so far from home, I can feel the leg ache already!

Exactly the same for me.
Over 100 mile drive, hot Cossie engine and paddle clutch in a very long queue.
If I had a newer Ford I would go though

Couldn't agree more was a little dissapointed but I kind of expected it, but I did strike it lucky picking up a n.o.s pair of headlamps for my 3 door and a n.o.s set of tail lights for the mrs S2 rs turbo so I can't grumble, i did laugh at the jumble section at a lad looking around with his mate then said "It's all old stuff"

same here and one of the reasons i binned off ford fair this year apart from the ridiculous queue's. i'm probably just getting old and boring as the 'pops and bangs' brigade irritate the fuck out of me at shows, thought i might escape it at a smaller show like uxbridge but they were at it there as well

There's a lot of Mustang in those two videos! (probably for obvious reason) But not bad none the less..

Forgive me if I'm being totally stupid but @ 1:44 where he pulls out of the petrol station - why are they driving on the right?!

there is only one way you cant hurt these organisers and thats in the pocket and don't attend just as passionford didn't this year and little to suggest there will ever be a stand there again tbh spend your money elsewhere as way better value to be had

According to Kelsey's media info, attendance was over 18,000 in 2016, but up to over 21,000 for 2017. They also claim over 6,000 club cars displayed, 2,000 more than last year.

If those numbers are true, I can't imagine that Kelsey give even a tiny toss about whether pf has a stand or not.

Absolutely a valid point, but I don't know if so many people are up for a 3-4 hour queue next year, once you are in the queue you have to roll with it or go home but I think a lot will not be arsed doing that again next year.

People have been moaning about the length of the queue for the 14 years since I first attended the event and it doesn't seem to have hurt it that much.

I think it has hurt the event as there are way less older cars than ever IMO people don't want to subject old school fords to that sort of queue. If I want to see a new car I can go to the dealers forecourt.

Santa pod used to be a nightmare, in about 1999 I can remember most cars creeping along with the queue with bonnets up, these were 70s 80s and 90s cars.
