Default Fiesta ST E058SZG anyone on here? could use some advice on the mods

Hi all, this car has just came into my place via an arnold clark trade in and wondered if I could get some advice, its has the usual s/s exhaust and k and n filter, it appears to be a cosworth inlet manifold and some sort of "box" in the glove box, the car on tickover feels lumpy as hell but there are no fault codes and it drives without a miss, doesn't feel particularly fast in my opinion but i'm unsure if its set up correctly
any help/advice always welcome
thanks
Andy

That box is a sort of launch control, chances are cars been sat in McDonald's car park alot popping and banging.

Lumpy idle could possibly be cams.

They aren't very fast even when modded, just handle ok.

that's an omex rev limiter. Cuts ignition to make them pop/bang/flame.
There will be a soft and a hard limiter on them

serve no real purpose really.

I'm pretty sure that's not a standard inlet too.

I just need someone to tell me if it's meant to run like that, unsure how they'll go about it without stripping it back

No one is gonna be able to diagnose it over a computer screen.
The fact that it runs and has no fault lights would suggest that maybe there is nothing up with it.

As ive mentioned, I can recommend you to a friend of mine but he's in Sunderland.

0191 548 1509 is the number. If you ask for Bryan or Mickey and just explain your situation, they'll be able to help
