Anyone ordered anything from Matt Lewis (the real one not the other ebay one) recently?
Been waiting nearly 2 weeks for some valve stem seals (which ive now ordered elsewhere as I wanted to get them done over the Easter weekend ) and despite sending a few emails havent heard a peep.

Usually have top notch service and comms from Matt so seems a bit out of the ordinary....

Last time i spoke to him he gave the impression of moving more into the servicing and fitting of parts to focus rs's in general.

Shouldn't matter really, if he has taken someone's money then I would expect something in return, either the parts or an email to say there is going to be a delay.

Doesnt sound great (other than Mat which is the kind of service i've previously had). Will give him another day or two then guess I'll pursue getting my money back

Ordered from all these recently and all top notch, especially GGR, some items even arrived next day, ordered a few things from Matt too, all arrived promptly apart from one item that either got lost in post or never sent but a replacement arrived next day, no problems
