Default 80's/90's performance cars you don't see anymore

I was talking with a lad at work today about the cars he used to smoke around in when he was younger, I'm only 24 so missed out on that era, but it got me thinking about things you just don't see around any more.
Think along the lines of 21 Turbos, 205/309 GTI's, 300ZX etc etc.

What else can you think of? I'd love a 21 Turbo to be honest, although not ideal as a daily smoker!

Renault 19 in gti style, good clios, 944 and 968, Toyota supra...the 205 is a given (I have 2)

24, the world is your lobster...risk everything and enjoy the ride, it will pay off and if it doesn't who cares.....I was thinking today that if I had risked everything at 23 I would have my feet up now.

2 Fords I was driving in the 80s, racing mates in their Dolomite Sprints, 3.0 v6 Capris etc.

3.0 v6 Uren Savage, nice car with plenty of power.

1600e based car with the nice interior.

Mk 2 Lotus Cortina. I put the big valve engine in it and it had Lumenition electronic ignition which had just come out..

Went really well and the sound of the twin side draft Webers was better than the exhaust note!!

I saw on Saturday a white 5 door MK2 Astra SR(i'm sure thats what they were called?) in Trowbridge. Today a very tidy silver 3 door Nova, Not sure on the model though. My parents have a SD1 owner near them and his gold one sits outside all year round. At work for the last 2 working days I've parked opposite a dark blue 306 GTi6
