Sad News - Ahmed Bayjoo RIP
Very sad news, just seen on FB that Ahmed has passed away after a battle with motor neurone disease.
Everybody knows somebody who's had his chips/springs etc on their car.
A big influence in the early days.

Very sad news, I had no idea he was ill He was a really good guy who I have a lot of respect for, we did loads of business over the years.. In the early days he mapped my engines at Harvey's and more recently I sold him brake kits. Rip Ahmed x
If anyone knows where the funeral is taking place I'd like to pay my respects if possible.

Sad news. RIP a true legend.
Remember picking up some f1 valve springs for Martin once off him as he was semi local.... expected a quick exchange but we ended up talking for hours. Great guy.

What a legend! If it wasn't for Ahmed I wouldn't of enjoyed owning highly modified cars as much as I have done, all the complicated engineering on my cars have been done by him and it always performs 1st time, no back and forward with trial and error, he designed it right and it worked. I loved how he didn't just bolt things on and try them, he got his calculator out, done the maths and done things properly.
What a legend.
What a legend.

Always was one of the names to go to in the scene and enjoyed reading about his work.
2016 hasn't been a good year at all, so many well known names passing away.
thoughts to his family, rip.

Live mapped my car which was great and dynoed my engine at Harvey's and did a little dvd was a great day as Ahmed and Harvey just ripped the piss out of Ian all day about working for the water board and how they would sack him because of all the water leaks lol . It was my first time trying to understand what was going on in the dyno room and I must say Ahmed and Harvey went out there way to explain all the technical shit , great bloke , great mapper , and a real gent with a massive passion for fords
Very sad day for me
