Default Turbo heat Shields

Are the escort cosworth turbo Shields the same fitment as 4x4 saff ones just a different shapes or are they total different

I had to mod the bracket that bolts to the bulk head panel to fit mine Jay.

I just bent the bracket a bit.

The other hole lines up with the bracket that bolts to the osf inner wing.

I paid 35 quid for mine years and years ago.

Mark Barber on the escos site gets them re manufactured every so often he gets a batch made, I think they are about £220.

Think we are sorted now spoke to Steve Scott as he still builds cossie race cars and he told me he moves the accumulate and motor off the servo to behind the headlamp so did this so job done lol

Getting stupid Glenn a friend has got a saff and it isnt a bad one and just gave 13,5k for it it doesnt seem like 5 mins ago you would of paid 5-6k for it lol

no mate 4x4 . From what i see live not just adverts and stories of cars changing hands there is not a lot in it between 4x4 and 2wd now

Yerp i agree. You could buy a ropey saff for 3.5k years ago. Ive seen people biddingthis money just on a yb engine.
