After looking at the IC's they have gone in such a place that you won't get the welder in to repair it and it'll need the end tanks taking off or atleast one of them anyway, I'm also getting a quote from east end radiators to see what it'd cost to have new cores put in as these cores will be 15+ years old already.

I was just seeing who out there has used someone and if there is any one to stay clear of.

Alloy racing fabrication in Ollerton is a quality place. He's built and repaired inter coolers for me in the past. Does a lot of high end cars and pro race and rally teams

A lot will depend exactly what needs repaired and type of damage, construction, etc etc etc

But any local rad repair place would be a good start. Or just replace them

Thanks for the input guys, I had a figure in my head of around £300 to have the pair re cored, Iv just had a quote back for £600 for the pair and with this I'm going to try and repair them myself for the mean time with some resin and have vacuum in the intercooler to pull the resin into the hole and give a stronger repair, and then I'll source updated coolers when some turn up at the right price, I can get wagner intercoolers for £7-800 second hand, so as much as I'd like to repair them, it seems pointless for the money as I can buy a brand new set for £800 off eBay and I'm not 100% sure on the price from TPS but it's probably not far off the mark.
