MODIFIED

What is classed as a modified car, does stainless exhaust, competition spark plugs, changed injectors k& n air filter different wheels.
I am led to believe these are conversions for example ggr do a 325bhp engine boost conversion, not a mod.
What are your thoughts guys?

Anything over the original factory spec of the car.

for insurance purposes as above, most accept filter and exhaust without batting a eyelid unless your a new driver, but anything else like tints ,alloys and engine mods are all key areas

Hi,
I would always recommend advising your insurer of any change however trivial you may think they might be just to be on the safe side.
Regards,
Dan.

Simple enough,it's either standard spec or not. If it's not it has been changed/modified/converted. Doesn't really matter what word you use the meaning is the same.
