A bit expensive though, but I haven´t been able to find any kits elsewhere.

ouch, expensive!!!
i used a local steel suppliers, i think the flanges for 3" were £7 a pop and clamp was £8.
the clamp had wings attached to the nut, so no need for tools to tighten up either.
made from stainless at 1.6mm thickness 316 grade i think.

company was euro stainless steel in blackburn, was much better clamp design than the ones i found on ebay with a jubilee type band, mine were two solid c clamps hinged together to clamp side on to the v's
like this, not quite the same, but you'll see how much stronger the clamp is:
