spotted this while browsing the local for sale ads in my area, only ever seen 1 in this shape before

Its just a mk1 2dr. Just as common as the mk1 granny ghia coupes!!!

There was a few mk2 granny 2drs made in the german market as well!!

being a old sod granadas were everywhere back in the day but recall seeing only the one with that bodystyle as back then nearly all were sweeny style 4 doors or fastback coupes but being a capri man prob did not notice much lol

I'm fairly certain the UK never got a Mk1 two-door, only the four-door and Coupe which makes that a very rare car, at least in the UK.

I know of 3 mk1 2 door granadas. To be fair they are all lhd. And know of 1 mk2 granny 2dr. Also lhd!!

There was a 6 wheeler mk1 Granada estate on eBay a few months back a 1 off built by ford for some reason! Sadly it looked like the banger racers were going to get their hands on it and wreck it.

So seems it's bought as a project, or imported and not yet registered here in the UK ? No UK plates on it either
Plus steering wheel is on the wrong side

as far as i know these were only available in Left Hand Drive, thats why they were never sold over here in the uk,

its just round the corner from me so sparked my interest, as for being a left hooker on a classic it does not bother me I simply find it unusual

only seem to be able to find pics of mk1 and early mk2 2dr granadas, maybe they stopped them when they face lifted the mk2, but here is an early mk2 2 door anyway
