can't say i've seen many bad things said about matt lewis!
everyone always gooes on about how helpful and prompt he is with postage etc.
I've never had an issue when buying bits form him on ebay either
im assuming you've bought bits from him? if so could he be on holiday?

Matt himself seems a good guy but his service is a shambles.
Poorly trained staff who don't know nothing about the parts they are selling, impossible to get hold of him, phone, email or eBay, I do t get how he runs a business to be honest.
Oh and to top it off, I got a bad batch of plugs with one breaking in 2 after just 20 miles, asked for a fuel filter and got a oil filter delivered lol
2 weeks of mucking about just for the sake if 3 items......never again.

Never had any bother with Matt. Always helpful, good service and a good guy to deal with in my experiences. He is always super busy and he is only human so sometimes I suppose things do get forgotten about or delayed. Hopefully its all sorted for you now mate.

had one issue with matt years ago, item never arrived in his stock when he expected it to. he did me a cracking deal on the next order to make up for it, let alone delivering me a set of brake pads as he was "passing" my way later in the day.
would always see if he had stock as a first call if I ever needed anything.

Stopped using him last year after using him for years just fed up with the parts taking ages to turn up after false promises of they have been sent out but never on time and having to keep chasing him ! So use MSD or Graham Goode racing now for everything if its on the shelf which it usually its on the door step next day

i bought many times not serius problem ever.exept one time he send sensors didnt arrive but he send second pair arrived in time .think is post mistake.he answer to all questions..

I buy parts off Matt weekly and don't get any issues.
He also sends direct to my customers who pay me and they don't get issues either, if they did it would come back on me.
Everyone gets issues from time to time for whatever reason.
Its the dealing with it after that counts too, which looks like to me Matt gets sorted.

Anyone that runs there own business will understand that with all the best intentions and promises in the world there will always be issues like a supplier letting you down or staff off etc or he is manic busy and there just aren't enough hours in the day. Matts a genuine guy and knows his stuff.

Matt has been an absolute star to me and has helped me with my racing from the very start, he has many times gone out of his way to get parts to me in my hour of need, that's why my race car is covered in his stickers, because of the great service and the friendship that has come with it.
He even went out of his way to help me out the day he was moving house, that's top service for you!

I've ordered several parts from Matt when doing my rebuild over the last few months. Supplied me many parts, clutch, sensors, bearings, seals etc etc.
All been done via eBay & over the phone and never had any issues with delivery. Parts have always turned up between 1 & 2 working days unless stated as "economy delivery".

yeah I'm not saying it's a common thing just my own experience, I called him Spain, and explained what I wanted had a good chat seems like a really nice bloke. just needs to keep on top of all the emails so as not too lose clients, will try to use in future for other bits no doubt.
