Default Car dilemma

Right not sure what to do.

I have a mk4 xr3i cab that I have spent a fortune on in the 6 years ive oned it but now after more problems im looking at getting rid of it.

Im thinking of getting a puma (girls car I know) but after my mum getting one im surprised at how good they are! Nippy reliable and cheap.

Ive just had enough of the 3i always going wrong regardless of how much I spend on it.

I just don't want to regret selling it as I know I wont find another mk4 as clean as mine

I wanted a rs1800 or rs2000 but really do like the puma's now after driving one!

Hmmm decisions!!

People cant knock a puma until they have driven one as I drive around in a 1.7 thunder and it ticks all the boxes for what I need and I could not give 2hoots if anybody thinks its a birds car, the other 2 choices are dated and you could well spend loads of money again fixing them

I hated puma's with a passion until I drove one!

I just want something quick, fun, cheap and reliable

go for a puma. One of fords most underrated cars of the last 20 years. You wont find anything FWD for sensible money that handles so well as standard. Dare i say it go for the frp and nothing in the FWD ford range will touch it for handling - focus rs with revo knuckle included (only so much engineering can do when the base package is approaching 2 tons!!)

Puma's are awesome wee cars, had a 1700 version for a couple of months and I loved it

A decent one with a few basic mods such as bigger brakes, suspension and decent exhaust would be a hoot
