Few bits that are worth keeping,bumpers/headlights,electric window switches,spare wheel carrier,both lambda sensors,the front one is really easy to remove.
Sometimes the 13" wheels are worth keeping if the tyres are ok as they often get bought on a shoestring so people love the cheap wheels and tyres to keep them going as most cars use 14's now.
