Default What do i need to do to get a private plate?

I'm in the process of purchasing a private plate from regtransfers.co.uk. I'm paying £80 DVLA transfer fee in the price along with new plates. What do I need to do to get it the plate on the car? Do I need to go to my local DVLA office etc? Any help is gratefully appreciated.

Taken from DVLA website
If you have seen a registration number advertised cheaper than the DVLA, check to make sure there are no extra charges to be added to the final price. Remember, DVLAs prices include VAT and DVLA fees.

So £250 from DVLA and £333.30 from regtransfers.

Thats the way I see it.
