I custom mounted my extra radiator for my turbo under my bumper as seen in pic, I got my engineer to mod the brackit whil I held it where we needed it do go! so its sits under my front bumper! It is mounted on 3 "legs".

You really want it mounted from every mounting point it has, otherwise vibration will cause it to crack in no time.

Why not mount it under the scoop where the intercooler was?

I thought about that but after a certain speed air don't go in the scoop and my car will do a bit of high speed driving

You have a daft oversize scoop though and it's not as critical as it is with an intercooler. Plenty of high power Impreza's are run with the oil cooler up there
