Is there any obvious ones ive missed?
Im struggling with my 3 as im all about fords but would own them all!!

the french are very good at hot hatches!
and things with turbos are fun!
people i think will generally say what they have owned.
i had an MG metro from new and within 3 years the arches had gone and the tank rotted out.
106 rallyes are ACE! though, another little known fact, they were put back into production in the form of a saxo VTR with some slightly nicer door cards and back seats :')
Golf GTi and escort/Fiesta RS turbos i think are the most rememberd.
though, does the 3door cosworth and escort cosworth get recognition as a hot hatch? they are hatch backs
and things with turbos are fun!

OK, for me and I am biased have a FIESTA RS Turbo
1) FIESTA RS Turbo.
2) Mini Cooper S Works (original not the German version)
3) Polo G40
number 1) because I own one and it but a big smile on my face every time I use it!
number 2) because I have been in one from the original Italian job film and the one my friend had when we were students had over 100 Bhp and was as much fun as you could have with out a lady!
number 3) back in 2000 one of my colleges had one on the Isle of man where I was working and boy that one could move.... and the super charger sounded great.....
